Job Summary

The HR Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruitment process to ensure the hiring of qualified candidates who align with the company’s values and operational needs. This role is essential for supporting Orkin Egypt’s growth by attracting, selecting, and onboarding top talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
• Partner with department heads to identify hiring needs and create job descriptions.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and social media channels.
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for final evaluations.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data, reports, and candidate pipelines.
• Contribute to building the employer brand and positioning Orkin Egypt as an employer of choice.
• Support the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and local labor laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in recruitment (preferably in service or operations industries).
• Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms and sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
