Position: Public Relations Manager

Location: Nasr City, Cairo

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Public Relations Manager with a strong background in internal sales communication and corporate relations. The ideal candidate will act as the main link between the Internal Sales Department and Operations, ensuring smooth coordination, brand consistency, and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Public Relations and Internal Sales departments.
• Coordinate with Operations to align sales performance with service delivery.
• Develop and implement strategic communication plans to strengthen the company’s image and corporate presence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Supervise the internal sales team and drive performance to achieve and exceed targets.
• Collect, analyze, and report customer feedback to support service enhancement.
• Represent Orkin Egypt at events, exhibitions, and corporate functions.
• Prepare regular performance reports and recommend actionable improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Public Relations, Internal Sales, or Corporate Communications.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent command of English and Arabic.
• Experience in service-based or operations-driven industries is a strong advantage.
