Key Responsibilities

  • Fully manage and process monthly payroll for all employees with accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with local laws.
  • Maintain and update employee compensation data, attendance, deductions, and benefits.
  • Coordinate with Finance and external providers regarding salary disbursement, tax calculations, and social insurance.
  • Ensure payroll processes comply with Egyptian labor law and internal company policies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all payroll-related inquiries and issues.
  • Support employee relations, handle grievances, and manage disciplinary actions in alignment with company policies.
  • Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
  • Assist in performance management cycles and employee development initiatives.
  • Generate and analyze HR reports, KPIs, and payroll audits to support management decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of HR experience with a strong focus on payroll processing and compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law, taxes, and social insurance regulations.
  • High attention to detail with strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Odoo HR/Payroll systems.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
