Job Summary

Orkin Egypt is looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is essential to driving business growth, building strong client relationships, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop solid and trusting relationships with key clients.
• Resolve client issues and handle complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Understand the full needs and expectations of key accounts.
• Anticipate client requirements and propose improvements.
• Manage communication between clients and internal teams.
• Establish targets and KPIs aligned with Orkin’s strategic objectives.
• Oversee account teams assigned to each client.
• Conduct strategic planning to improve client outcomes.
• Negotiate contracts and establish performance timelines.
• Oversee internal and client-related budgets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to maximize profit through up-selling.
• Ensure all client deliverables are met within agreed timelines.
• Analyze client data to support relationship management.
• Expand relationships and support bringing in new clients.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience — Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Good command of English and Arabic.
