As we expand our global footprint, we are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and bilingual Administration Specialist to join our operations in Casablanca.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily administrative and operational functions of the office.
  • Coordinate with regional and international teams to ensure compliance with corporate policies.
  • Manage procurement processes and office logistics efficiently.
  • Support HR and Finance departments in implementing corporate procedures.
  • Represent the company in external communications and government interactions with professionalism.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 2–3 years of proven experience in administration or operations management.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (French is an advantage).
  • Resident of Casablanca or nearby areas.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and modern management tools.
  • Background in multinational or corporate environments preferred.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain high professionalism.
