Job Purpose:
The Internal Sales Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, generating sales leads, following up on existing clients, and supporting the external sales team. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and achieving branch sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from potential and existing customers.
- Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and contracts.
- Follow up with clients to close sales and ensure timely service delivery.
- Coordinate with the operations team to schedule services and monitor progress.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts.
- Support the external sales team with lead generation and documentation.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Ensure all customer complaints and issues are resolved promptly and professionally.
- Promote Orkin Egypt’s services, offers, and value-added solutions to clients.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in internal or telesales (preferably in service or pest control industry).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Team player with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Working Conditions:
- Working hours: Saturday to Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Days off: Friday
- Location: Tanta Branch – Orkin Egypt
